SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to text messages sent by Y&J Logistics to recipients who have affirmatively opted in through an authorized Y&J form or onboarding process.

Program description

Messages may include applicant or employment updates, scheduling and dispatch information, operational alerts, safety and training reminders, document notices, and manager communications.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or email operations@yjlogistics.net.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility and changes

You must provide a valid mobile number that you are authorized to use. Y&J Logistics may modify or discontinue the messaging program and will update these terms when appropriate.
